Summary

Fedro Gaudenzi Limited is a founder-led luxury bespoke tailoring house and an Associate Member of the Savile Row Bespoke Association. We design, produce, fit, and sell one-of-a-kind bespoke garments for men and women, with all production managed in-house at our premises and a client base spread across 32 countries.

This is a central, 360-degree role covering the full administrative and operational backbone of the business. The role exists to remove operational and administrative workload from the founder, allowing the business to function smoothly and professionally on a daily basis.

You will work closely with the founder and take ownership of operations, administration, client coordination, and financial organisation. When required, you will be client-facing and represent the house in the founder’s absence.

As the business grows, this role is expected to develop into a senior operational leadership position (Head of Operations / COO).
