KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER - NEWCASTLE AIRPORT, CENTRAL PRODUCTION UNIT
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am.
We have Part Time roles available.
Hours of operation are 5 am and 5 pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:
- We are looking for Kitchen Team Members for our Central Production Unit with a bold, fun and friendly personality to bake and make products for sale in our cafes, bars and restaurants, someone who prefers keeping busy, achieves results, takes pride in their work and are has a good eye for detail.
- 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
- Due to some responsibilities within the Kitchen Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
ABOUT THE KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER ROLE:
- Receiving deliveries, date rotation of stock and correct storage of raw ingredients.
- Baking bread and pastry products, volume preparation of sandwiches and baguettes.
- Ensuring presentation to specification and measuring ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
- Keep your workstation clean and organised, following Health and Food Safety procedures at all times, as part of the CPU team.
