Summary
Our client,a global leader in automotive glass manufacturing, is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our team in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established company with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and employee development. This position will potentially lead to a permanent contract within the company, after a successful trial period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Carrying out basic maintenance and quality checks
- Working as part of a supportive, fast-paced team
- Ability to work on a rotating shift pattern
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential
Shift and Pay Rates:
- Competitive starting pay of £13.88 per hour
- Overtime available at £18.45 per hour after 37.5 hours worked
- Rotational Shift
- 0600am - 1400pm / 1400pm - 2200pm
