Reworkers – Magna Park, Lutterworth (LE17)
We are recruiting Reworkers/Warehouse operatives to join a well‑established operation based in Magna Park. This is a great opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience who are looking for stability, Monday–Friday working hours, and the chance to progress.
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday
There is also an opportunity for development — after a few weeks working within the rework department, suitable candidates may be offered the chance to train and progress into an FLT Driver role.
Role Responsibilities:
• Reworking, repacking and relabelling products
• Quality checking items to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Following instructions and completing tasks to required standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
