Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, hard-working, dynamic, flexible and motivated Band 6 Team Leader interested working in our Head and Neck Ward.

If so you are who we need to join our 25 bedded head and neck ward whom are working closely with different surgical multidisciplinary team.







Provision of safe patient care in accordance with all relevant and applicable Trust policies and procedures.

Ensuring the safe, effective and efficient running of Gray Ward

Demonstrating effective clinical, leadership and management skills.

Deputising for the Clinical Nurse Manager as required by attending meetings on her behalf and sharing the outcome of these meetings.
