About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support people with complex care needs such as Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Injury, Tracheostomy and ventilator use. This is a fulfilling and dynamic role offering the opportunity to learn new skills and build a meaningful care relationship.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Managing complex care needs such as Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Injury, Tracheostomy and Ventilator use
  • Administer Medication
  • Moving & Handling
  • Provide person centered care
  • Provide care in the community
  • Personal and pressure area care
  • Supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing

You'll receive full training and undertake shadow shifts to ensure you feel confident and well prepared.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of professional care experience
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Up-to-date CV with full work history
