We're looking to recruit a Part Time Facilities Assistant to join our growing Facilities team. As a Facilities Assistant you will be required to support the day to day operation of Head Office, this will include general basic housekeeping, simple maintenance and more specifically having responsibility for the securing of the building at the end of the working day.
What the role will look like:
Carrying out the daily closing procedure and securing the Head Office building.
Performing security checks for Head Office
Carry out checks to ensure corporate facilities systems are working as required.
Carry out room preparations as and when required.
Support Facilities Team with accepting deliveries, allocating to relevant departments
Provide support to the security & safety team in delivering a safe & secure environment
What you will bring to the role:
Operation of Alarm Systems.
Understanding of Health and Safety.
An understanding of Health & Safety legislation and other regulatory policies.
Ability and willingness to take personal responsibility.
Ability to communicate effectively.
High standard of personal motivation and initiative.
Ability to respond positively to working within a pressurised environment.
To work on own and as part of a wider team.
Be aware of the Societies approach to Risk management.
