Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced band 5 staff nurse to join our Haemodialysis service at the Royal London Hospital.
The aim of this post is to develop renal nurses within the clinical area. The post holder will provide direct care to renal patients under the supervision of senior colleagues whilst acquiring and developing the specialist skills and knowledge to meet the needs of this patient group. The post requires flexible hours to meet service need with shift rotations between days and nights.

The post holder must possess excellent communication skills and be committed to delivering safe and compassionate care. Have excellent communication skills to assist with the development and delivery of a progressive learning environment for all grades of nursing staff within the renal services. Be flexible, reliable and to actively promote and contribute to inter-professional learning activities across the renal service and Trust wide, and act as an effective role model for best practice nursing.
Working closely with multi-disciplinary team and renal service the post holder is responsible for the delivery of a consistently high standard of care to meet patient needs and objectives whilst working closely with Consultants, Senior and Lead Clinical Nurse Specialists and all bands of clinical nursing staff.
