The Opportunity
We are seeking dynamic and forward-thinking Strategic People Partners to join our team. These newly created roles will be pivotal in shaping and delivering strategic workforce solutions that drive organisational performance, cultural transformation, and employee engagement.
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will support them to deliver departmental strategy through ensuring alignment with our people strategies and organisational goals. You will champion equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), support transformation programmes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance through effective workforce planning, change management, and strategic business partnering.
You will have extensive experience and a track record in a senior strategic HR role within a complex unionised organisation and have demonstrated that you can lead initiatives which deliver results.
