Summary
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Co-ordinator (Front of House) to join our team based at Thinktank (plus other BMT sites when required).
You will oversee the daily operations of the Signal Box Cafe at Thinktank, with the support of the F&B Manager. You will be making sure all due diligence practices and procedures are met continually as well as working closely with the F&B Co-ordinator (Kitchen / Chef) ensuring the cafe is successful and runs like clockwork!.
As the F&B co-ordinator for the Front of House you will oversee a small team of F&B Assistants to make sure that the very best customer service is provided at all times. You'll also be friendly and keen to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into whatever tasks you are set, no matter what the day holds.
To succeed in this role we are looking for the following:
- Cash handling experience
- Previous experience within a similar environment
- Ideally someone who has managed a small team previously
- Food Safety Level 2 and Food Allergen training preferable - however full training will be given
- Have a great eye for detail and is an excellent organised individual.
Please note the site named is likely to be your most regular place of work, however you may be required to work at other BMT sites from time to time as the business requires.
This is a permanent role working Wednesday to Sunday.
