Position: CLEANING OPERATIVE
We are seeking a Cleaning Operative to join a prestigious team based in Brandon, Suffolk working 3 days per week, 2 hours per day (Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 1600-1800).
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across office areas, including offices, kitchen, toilets, and porta-cabin facilities.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Adhere to the cleaning schedule provided.
Vacuuming all carpeted areas and dust necessary areas.
Sweeping and mopping floors using appropriate cleaning supplies.
Emptying all bins
Clean and disinfect toilet facilities.
Use the appropriate work equipment and PPE provided.
Use all materials and consumables in accordance with COSHH.
Report any fault equipment, safety deficiencies or accidents to management.
Ensure all equipment is cleaned and correctly stored after use.
Experience & Qualifications:
Full UK drivers’ licence (due to location) – Essential
Ability to work with little or no supervision - Essential
Time management and prioritisation skills - Essential
Previous experience in the same role (minimum 1 year) – Highly desirable
Manual Handing experience – Highly desirable
Remuneration & Benefits Package:
Salary: meets real living wage (per hour)
Working Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday (2 hours per day, 16:00 - 18:00)
