We are looking for motivated, reliable people to join our team as Trainee Epoxy Resin Floor Layers working on commercial and industrial flooring projects across the UK.
No experience is required — full training is provided. This is a hands-on, physical role with real progression into a skilled trade.

What you’ll be doing:
Assisting with the preparation and installation of epoxy and resin flooring systems
Surface preparation (grinding, cleaning, priming floors)
Mixing and applying resin systems under supervision
Working on sites such as factories, warehouses, car parks, hospitals and commercial buildings
Travelling nationwide as part of a small installation team
What we’re looking for:
A good work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade
Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet
Happy to travel and stay away when required (Monday–Friday typically)
Punctual, reliable and able to follow instructions
Driving licence preferred but not essential
Pay & Benefits:
£14–£22 per hour depending on experience and progression
Full training provided — no previous flooring experience needed
Digs included when working away from home
Regular nationwide work (not just local day jobs)
Opportunity to progress into a fully qualified epoxy installer
Location:
Nationwide — projects across the UK with accommodation provided when working away.
