Summary

What You'll Do?

In this role, you'll take ownership of exciting, high-impact work, including:

  • Leading and supporting on-site acquisitions and developments (land, golden brick, turnkey and package deals, including some Section 106 acquisitions), site assembly and disposals;
  • Setting up estates for shared ownership and market sale schemes;
  • Advising clients on grant funding requirements and compliance with the Capital Funding Guide;
  • Drafting and negotiating key documents such as Conditional Contracts, Development Agreements, Option Agreements, Transfers and Leases, while collaborating with colleagues across operational teams; and
  • Preparing clear, practical reports for clients and certificates of title for lenders.
