Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top healthcare professionals. This position focuses on recruiting nurses, doctors, and other clinical staff to support our growing healthcare network.As a TA Advisor, you will partner with hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment experience, ensuring we secure the best talent while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic recruitment solutions across multiple functions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Utilise Workday to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and reporting.
• Drive direct sourcing strategies and talent pipelining for niche and senior roles.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align hiring plans with workforce strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment within complex, matrixed organisations.
• Proven expertise using Workday for recruitment operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Available to work 4 days per week onsite in the London office.
