Summary
Your role as an admin staff at Archers will include:
- Making and Answering Calls to and from clients, insurers and various other companies
- Handling client's data, and accurately utilising our tailor made software to store information
- Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook, amongst others, to manage your emails, spreadsheets and duties arising from the same
- Setting appointments and managing your time whilst dealing with adhoc situation
- Constantly expanding your knowledge with regards to cars and the surrounding industry
