At our Irving Street restaurant in London, weâre building a dedicated Back of House team and are looking for Chefs at all levels and Kitchen Porters to join us. Whether youâre developing your chef career or looking for a reliable, hands-on kitchen role, youâll be part of a team that takes pride in great food, teamwork, and doing things properly.

The Roles
As part of our Back of House team, youâll work together to deliver consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced, supportive kitchen environment.
Depending on your role and experience, you may:
- Prepare and cook dishes to Jamieâs Italian standards as a Chef
- Support food preparation, service, and cleanliness as a Kitchen Porter
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and organisation
- Support your teammates during busy services
- Take pride in cleanliness, prep, and kitchen flow

What Youâll Be Doing
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards (Chef roles)
- Supporting food prep, washing up, and cleanliness (Kitchen Porter roles)
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, food safety, and allergen standards
- Working as part of a close-knit kitchen team during service
- Following recipes, specs, and kitchen procedures
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
- Supporting a positive, respectful kitchen culture
About You
- Passionate about food and working as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and positive in attitude
- Willing to learn and take pride in your role
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Previous kitchen experience is welcome but not essential. Full training is provided, and weâre happy to support progression from Kitchen Porter to Chef roles where possible.
