Summary
To co-ordinate and manage the day to day and long term functionality of the Q-Pulse quality management system. To develop, introduce and validate new processes and work streams within Q-Pulse. To develop, maintain and monitor standard operating procedures for Q-Pulse. To be responsible for the training of all pharmacy personnel on the use of Q-Pulse. To advise the pharmacy management team on the strategy for using the Q-Pulse system. To attend the Q-Pulse user group and assist with the development and maintenance of the system. To analyse complex data and generate reports from Aria, the chemotherapy prescribing system as required by the Production Services Manager and the Oncology/Haematology Pharmacists and manipulate the data for presentation at clinical and operational meetings. To print copies of patient prescriptions from Aria and identify the most appropriate production work stream to follow. To allocate passwords for all pharmacy staff using the Aria system.
