Summary
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities Provide holistic care and health assessments for individuals, families, and the wider community. Support and coordinate complex or continuing care under direction and supervision. Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure effective communication with patients, families, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams. Demonstrate and maintain clinical skills, uphold professional standards, and participate in clinical supervision and audits. Promote equality, diversity, and evidence-based practice. Mentor nursing students and support training and development for team members. Fulfill administrative tasks including reporting absences, supplying information, and adhering to trust policies.
