Summary
We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our Warehouse team at Rohan Designs Milton Keynes.Job PurposeThe successful applicant would be working as part of the team in our multi functioning and friendly environment that operates Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00, though some flexibility may be required during peak times.We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is good at multi-tasking and can motivate themselves and others around them within a busy warehouse environment.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesCompleting assigned tasks such as picking, packing, goods in, loading, unloading, processing returns and cycle counting etc.Adhering to Health & Safety polices, and maintaining Health & Safety practices.Follow Safe Systems Of Work (SSOW) and Risk Assessments (RA)Manual handling tasks, with the ability to lift up to 25kgGeneralWork as part of a team to achieve customer quality, delivery, and satisfactionMaintain good housekeeping across all areas of the WarehouseWorking efficiently to meet customer orders and company deadlinesOperate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and complete other computer based tasksOther ad hoc duties and responsibilities as required which may arise from the nature and character of the roleDesired Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 1 year Warehouse experience requiredManual handling experience requiredGood levels of written and verbal communicationStrong numeracy skillsAttention to detailFlexible approach to working hoursFriendly and approachable with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamMHE License preferred What's in it for you?Free onsite parkingPersonal clothing allowance50% clothing discountPension schemeLife cover based on salaryGovernment ride to work schemeEmployee Assistance SchemeIf you have the skills and abilities to succeed in this role then we would love to hear from you.
