Summary
Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and supplier/customer accounts regularly.
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
Support payroll processing and ensure accurate employee salary records.
Assist in preparing management reports, financial statements, and summaries.
Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable, following up on outstanding balances.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve bookkeeping processes and financial controls.
This is an immediate start position. All candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
