We’re looking for Part-Time Support Workers to join our East Personal Assistant Service. Our service is a community-based service supporting people within their own homes and to community-based activities. Duties may include supporting customers to learning opportunities, volunteering/work placements, leisure opportunities and supporting with their health and wellbeing

No experience? No problem! We’ll provide full training to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
• Support personal goals – Help individuals achieve independence and life goals.
• Assist with daily living – Provide support with personal care, meals, and household tasks.
• Encourage physical and emotional health – Promote well-being through planned activities.
• Encourage social connections – Build and maintain positive relationships within the community.
• Ensure a safe, supportive environment – Provide consistent care through a flexible rota
