What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group support for students in MFL subjects
• Collaborating with MFL teachers to refine lesson resources and interventions
• Monitoring pupil progress and adapting strategies for rapid improvement
• Championing language learning through clubs, workshops, and events
• Supporting with exam preparation, oral practice, and enrichment projects
• Building confidence in KS3/KS4 students, nurturing both beginners and advanced linguists
