The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage customer accounts, ensure timely collection of payments, and maintain accurate financial records. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent Excel skills, and flexibility to adapt to evolving processes in a growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes for multiple entities.
* Post and allocate customer payments accurately.
* Monitor aged debt and proactively chase outstanding balances.
* Prepare and reconcile AR reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
* Support month-end close activities and assist with audits.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and improve processes.
* Contribute to system and process improvements as the Shared Service Centre expands.
Skills & Experience Required**
* Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or INVOICING
* **Advanced Excel skills** (formulas, data analysis, reporting).
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience in a multi-entity or shared service environment (desirable).
