What You’ll Be Doing:
• Designing and driving strategic SEND practice across the school
• Coordinating all EHCPs, annual reviews, access arrangements, and interventions
• Leading, inspiring, and upskilling a dedicated SEND support staff team
• Embedding a cohesive, child-centred culture of achievement and support
• Consulting with external agencies and governors to champion best outcomes for every child
• Analysing data, building provision maps, and monitoring pupil progress rigorously

Ideal SENDCO for this Bexley School:
• UK-trained teacher with QTS and National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards)
• Recognised for Good or Outstanding SEND teaching and leadership
• Deep expertise in statutory SEND processes, differentiation, and safeguarding
• Inspirational communicator, solution-oriented and passionate about inclusive education
• Open to experienced SENDCOs or ambitious, high-impact SEN teachers stepping up
