Temporary Fixed Term Grade 2 Teaching Assistant post
Due to an increase in funding we are seeking to appoint a temporary fixed term Teaching Assistant at Grade 2, to work in Year 3 for the Spring and Summer Term 2026 starting in January 2026 through to 31st August 2026.
The role:
• Supporting learning under teachers’ direction, but working independently with groups, individuals and whole class as appropriate.
• Based in Year 3.
• Cover supervision could be part of the role on an ad hoc basis.
• Hosting an extra-curricular club.
• Leading lunchtime play.
• 1:1 mentoring of vulnerable children.
