Summary
HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Driver – Glasgow – £136.50/day guaranteed – Only 2 drops
Pay: £136.50 per day guaranteed (no deductions if finish early).
Hourly equivalent (estimate): ~£19.78/hour based on planned hours (finish times traffic dependent).
Overtime: paid after 46 hours/week at normal rate (no premium).
Work: Glasgow-based day work with only 2 drops per day.
Routes: Mostly local. One day per week is a longer run (Aberdeen & Dundee) – same-day return.
Planned shifts (traffic dependent):
• Mon: 09:00–16:00
• Tue: 09:00–17:30
• Wed: 09:00–16:00
• Thu: 09:00 start (typically finish ~15:00)
• Fri: 09:00 start (typically finish ~15:00)
Rota: Alternating 4 days one week / 5 days the next.
Requirements: Cat C licence, Driver CPC, digital tachograph card.
