Summary
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant/Driver to work within an established distribution company based in Melsonby, Richmond. The successful candidate will conduct a split role of warehousing duties and driving 7.5 Tonne vehicles to distribute products to their customers within the region on a Fixed Term Contract starting in January for approximately 6 months.

Duties to include but not limited to:
· To load & unload your vehicle with company products and equipment, in line with storage regulations.
· Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders, utilising the most efficient routes.
· Assist in the unloading and movement of stock within the depot.
· Safely operating a Counter Balance Fork Lift Truck.
· Administration duties such as maintaining vehicle records, tachograph charts, order and delivery documentation.
· Supporting customers with enquiries, ensuring the customer experience and professionalism at all times, whether over the phone or face to face.
What we are looking for:
· Customer centric approach with excellent communication skills.
· Warehouse & stock management experience, including IT system usage.
· CPC licence & Digital Tacho Card.
· Fork lift truck licence – Counterbalance or Reach (Desirable).
· Grandfather Rights or Class 2 Driving licence.
