What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering bespoke 1:1 and group maths interventions to selected pupils
• Supporting class teachers with targeted booster sessions and resource design
• Diagnosing learning gaps and creating personalised numeracy strategies
• Monitoring, recording, and reporting on pupil progress to teaching staff
• Collaborating with SEND, pastoral, and enrichment teams to maximise pupil outcomes
• Modelling best-practice mathematical fluency and fostering a growth mindset
