What You’ll Be Doing:
• Building transformational mentoring relationships with students every day
• Delivering vital academic interventions in literacy, numeracy, and personal development
• Working with SEND, EAL, and disadvantaged pupils to boost attainment and self-esteem
• Collaborating with expert teachers and external agencies to implement bespoke strategies
• Monitoring progress, tracking impact, and celebrating every student breakthrough
