What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering focused academic support to KS3 pupils across core subjects
• Developing small-group and 1:1 interventions for SEN and high-potential learners
• Assisting dynamic classroom teachers in planning and differentiated delivery
• Creating engaging resources, adapting lessons for diverse learning needs
• Tracking pupil progress & liaising with staff/parents for maximum impact
• Immersing yourself in full school life – clubs, enrichment, and beyond
