We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?
Day to day you'll be rectifying defective Yorkshire Water ironworks, Highway defects and interim reinstatements whilst working as part of a 3 man Hot Box Team working to the HAUC Specification.
We'll need you to work Safely according to MGROUP Policies and procedures.
You'll complete all required documentation such as Vehicle Checks, Risk Assessments and Evidence for the Client and be able to complete different aspects of Reinstatements in different materials.
You'll work 4 x 12hr Night Shifts Monday - Thursday 5pm - 5am with a 25% uplift on basic salary (Only when working Nights).
What they’ll bring – Key skills, qualifications and experience (no more than 75 words)
- Do you hold a valid UK driving license?
- Have you gained NRSWA including Hot Lay?
- Do you have Health and Safety awareness, in order to follow MGROUP policies and procedures?
- Are you someone who is great at problem solving and has a flexible can do attitude?
- Do you have basic IT Skills?
- Due to the nature of the role you'll ideally have at least 2 years experience in Reinstatement.
