Summary

As a Bookkeeper and Administrator, you will provide accurate and timely accounting information and an efficient administration support service to the Directors and PA to Directors.

You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including Supplier and customer ledgers, Fee Invoicing, Weekly Bank Reconciliation, residents/staff contracts, answering phones, dealing with residents' families, and friends, controlling weekly purchases, daily approval of staff clock-in, basic accounting records etc.

The role is being offered on a Full -Time permanent basis (30 Hours/Week, Mon to Friday 9.30 AM to3.30 PM)

To be a successful Administrator you should:

* Have a basic accounting qualification
* Familiar with Sage Accounting & Payroll
* Be a team player
* Have excellent communication and administrative skills
* Be highly organised and systematic with exceptional attention to detail
* Possess a natural ability to remain calm and professional when under pressure
* Have a positive and can do attitude


What we offer:

Hourly Rate : £16.00 (£24,960 Per Annum)
