What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading and evolving the SEND provision for primary and secondary cohorts
• Driving staff training and embedding outstanding inclusive classroom practice
• Coordinating EHCPs, targeted interventions, and external agency partnerships
• Shaping and monitoring personalised learning strategies and progress tracking
• Advising SLT on SEND policy, compliance, and whole-school improvement
• Acting as the lead advocate for students with SEND and their families
• Modelling best practice teaching; mentoring colleagues across all phases

• UK-qualified SENDCO (NASENCO or equivalent essential)
