Your new company
Our client is a high-profile claimant law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting for solicitors/chartered legal executives to join their Personal Injury department in Manchester and Liverpool, where you will be responsible for a range of intermediate track claims. Hybrid working and a competitive bonus are available and negotiable dependent on experience.
Your new role
This Intermediate Track Personal Injury Solicitor/CILEx role will see you:
- Handle your own caseload of intermediate track personal injury claims.
- Provide technical supervision and mentorship to team members and the wider practice.
- Prepare high-quality legal documentation, including pleadings, interlocutory applications and supporting statements.
- Offer expert advice on complex litigation matters, procedural strategies, and risk management.
- Support team development by sharing best practices and delivering training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory obligations, and internal governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with management to optimise processes and enhance client service delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer.
- Proven track record in effectively managing a personal injury caseload valued up to £100,000 (multi-track experience is desirable)
- Strong drafting expertise across applications, pleadings, and supporting documentation.
- Experience working to defined performance targets and KPIs.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise in high-pressure environments.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, delivering clear and practical guidance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, coupled with commercial awareness.
- Collaborative approach with a commitment to team success.
- Interest in emerging technologies, including AI (desirable but not essential).

A competitive salary of up to £55,000 is available and negotiable dependent on experience. This role offers plenty of hybrid flexibility with up to 3 days working from home per week. A discretionary bonus is available.
