Here at BaxterStorey we currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Operations Manager to develop and lead a team of Account(s) and General Managers located across the London region to provide exceptional Hospitality and catering services to our clients.
As our Operations Manager, you’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring world-class standards, operational efficiency and financial delivery. The perfect candidate will understand how to collaboratively work with a passionate and talented team ensuring they have the autonomy to affect the direction of their business with a shared vision of outstanding service delivery.

Job Description
The successful Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of catering operations, including planning, logistics, execution, and will require proven outstanding client relationship management. This is a high-pressure role that requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.
- Maximise performance of the team through positive and effective leadership, combined with support and coaching
- To form and maintain a culture where individual and team development is encouraged, service standards are constantly reviewed and improved upon.
- Achieve and improve all financial targets.
- Ensure all company and legislative Health & Safety requirements are achieved
- Identify new opportunities and develop strategies for maximising them
- Maintain high standards, innovation, and appropriate style.
- Assess employee performance and training needs.
- Stay updated on market trends.
- Maintain strong client relationship and prompt service
- Mobilise and support new locations
- Conduct regular team meetings and communicate targets and information.
- To deliver an excellent food offering which is continuously reviewed and challenged to make sure it meets customer expectations
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site operations in the catering and hospitality industry.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret financial data and customer insights to shape winning strategies.
- A track record of driving innovation in food services and embracing new trends.
- Strong presentation skills and the charisma to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A leader who champions health & safety, diversity, and inclusion.
- Natural people developer with a focus for training, motivating, and building high-performing teams.
