Location: Kidderminster, DY10 (Just a 4-minute drive from Kidderminster Train Station)
Pay Rate: £12.64 per hour + £50 per Sleep-In Shift
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 per week)
Requirement: Full UK Manual Driving Licence

Who Will You Be Supporting?

You'll support four incredible individuals—two females and two males—aged 60-80, each with unique personalities and needs. They live with autism, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and cerebral palsy, and one lady is partially sighted. Despite these challenges, they enjoy:

- Exploring Adventures: Spontaneous drives, picnics, plane-watching, and air shows.

- Creative Pursuits: Gardening, arts and crafts, and cooking classes.

- Sensory Experiences: Sensory rooms, hydro pools, and Snoezelen sessions.

- Social Time: Tea, chats, and activities that promote independence and confidence.

What Will You Be Doing?

- Empowering Independence: Assist with personal care, stoma care, medication (including epilepsy buccal), and daily living tasks.

- Engaging in Activities: Plan and join outings, crafts, and sensory sessions.

- Providing Care: Offer 1:1 support, ensuring safety and respect.

- Creative Thinking: Adapt to varying needs and enhance experiences.

- Building Relationships: Maintain trust and open communication with families.

Shift Patterns

- Morning: 7:30am - 3:00pm | 8:00am - 3:30pm

- Afternoon/Evening: 2:00pm - 9:30pm | 2:30pm - 10:00pm

- Evening with Sleep-In: 3:00pm - 10:30pm, then sleep-in until 7:30am
Sleep-ins required. Rotas provided in advance for work-life balance.
