Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal IT support and help desk queries
- Oversee external IT service providers and contracts
- Lead and deliver IT projects that enhance organisational efficiency
- Develop long-term IT proposals and strategic plans
- Provide short training sessions to upskill staff
- Monitor project progress and budgets
- Support strategic planning and operational performance
- Level 4 qualification in Business, IT Management, or related discipline and 1+ years' IT support experience
OR
3+ years' experience managing IT support - Experience managing third-party IT service providers
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
- Experience in budgeting and procurement
- Strategic planning and digital transformation experience
- IT training delivery experience
- Understanding of public sector governance
This is an office-based role at our Nutts Corner Training Centre.
