team at Exmouth Leisure Centre.
ABOUT THE ROLE
* Supervise all poolside activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and friendly environment for all users.
* Confidently enforce pool rules and provide approachable, helpful support to customers.
* React swiftly and professionally in emergencies, delivering first aid and CPR as required.
* Undertake regular pool maintenance checks and help uphold high standards of cleanliness and water quality.
* Work collaboratively with your colleagues to foster a positive and supportive team culture.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) – this is essential for the role.
* Strong swimming ability and confidence in deep water.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* A genuine passion for customer service and safety.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
