Salary: Circa £60K plus bonus
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to join our reputable and established provider in Newton Aycliffe. This permanent position offers a fantastic career opportunity for a Nursing Home Manager with an active nursing PIN. The ideal candidate will have a strong local reputation and have contributed to achieving excellent reviews and a good CQC inspection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care standards.
- Maintain the home’s excellent local reputation by fostering a caring and supportive environment.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
