Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (salary review upon successful completion of probation)

Key Responsibilities:
- Fielding incoming calls and handling general office enquiries
- Document filing and maintaining organised office records
- Monitoring, updating, and posting content on social media platforms
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
About the Role:
The successful candidate will initially support and learn all core office duties, with the long-term aim of taking on responsibility for managing the company's website and social media presence. This role would suit someone proactive, reliable, and keen to develop their skills within a growing business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office-based role
- Experience using and managing social media platforms
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Good IT skills
