Job Description:
We are offering an exciting Apprenticeship opportunity within our probate and estate administration business. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop practical experience in probate administration while also gaining skills in marketing and sales within a professional services environment.
The apprentice will support the day-to-day running of the business, assist with client engagement, and help promote our services to new clients, while studying towards a recognised qualification.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting with probate and estate administration files
Supporting the preparation of probate applications and estate paperwork
Managing client correspondence by email, phone, and post
Maintaining accurate records and case management systems
Supporting marketing activities, including:
Updating the website and social media platforms
Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotional content
Helping to create leaflets, newsletters, and online posts
Supporting sales and business development by:
Responding to client enquiries
Booking initial consultations
Following up with potential clients
General administrative support to the business
Qualification:
The apprentice will work towards the Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship.
Duration:
This apprenticeship will last 18 months, including on-the-job training and off-the-job study.
