Summary

Job Title: Support Worker
Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour (Enhanced hourly rate on all Bank Holidays)
Location: Chester
Shifts Available: 24-hour day sleep shifts, 8.30-17.30 short shifts and 2200-0800 night shifts.
Speciality: Autism and Learning Disabilities

About the Role

Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing, we are currently recruiting a Support Worker based in Chester supporting a young male with learning disabilities. You would become an essential part of his existing care team in this fulfilling and exciting role. We are looking for someone who has an inspiring attitude to promote bespoke care. Candidates must be comfortable with personal care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting getting back into the community.
  • Supporting with day-to-day activities

We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Ideally, you will have:

  • The enthusiasm to learn and experience new things
  • To be willing to embrace the goals he wants to achieve
  • Someone who will go above and beyond for the Service User and staff involved in the package
  • Able to work in the UK and can show documents
  • Full enhanced DBS
  • Up-to-date CV
