About the Role Looking for a new challenge away from traditional physiotherapy practice? Join a leading health assessment provider as a PIP Functional Assessor. This hybrid role offers flexibility, structured hours, and the chance to use your clinical expertise in a non-treatment setting.
You’ll assess individuals with a range of health conditions and disabilities, following DWP guidelines for Personal Independence Payment (PIP). Your clinical knowledge and empathetic approach will help produce clear, evidence-based reports that support fair and accurate decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephone, video, and face-to-face assessments
Gather and evaluate evidence to understand functional impact
Produce accurate, concise reports using multiple IT systems
Maintain professional standards and engage in CPD
What We’re Looking For
HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
Minimum 12 months post-qualification experience
Strong clinical knowledge across varied conditions
Excellent communication and report-writing skills
Confident with IT systems and typing (30 wpm minimum)
