WhatYou’llDo
- Drive technical compliance and innovation across our pavement solutions portfolio.
- Lead the development and rollout of new products and specifications nationally.
- Provide expert advice to clients and resolve technical challenges swiftly.
- Promote sustainable aggregates and low-carbon solutions to enhance Tarmac’s competitive edge.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and commercial teams to deliver business growth.
WhatWe’reLooking For
- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent) and experience in the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of Design Manual for Roads & Bridges, Specification for Highway Works, and sustainable pavement technologies.
- Expertisein hydraulically bound and recycled products, foamed bitumen, and NEC contracts.
- Ability to build strong relationships with contractors, designers, and clients.
- A proactive, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
