  Job Description:

  We are looking for hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established distribution and logistics team in Redditch. This is a hands-on role involving a variety of general warehouse tasks. Multiple fixed shifts are available to suit your schedule.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing customer orders

    
    

  • Loading and unloading vehicles

    
    

  • Scanning, labelling, and moving stock

    
    

  • Stock replenishment and rotation

    
    

  • Keeping work areas clean and safe

    
    

  • Meeting daily productivity targets

    
    

    Requirements:

    • Previous warehouse experience preferred

      
      

    • Ability to work on your feet and carry out manual handling tasks

      
      

    • Good attention to detail and accuracy

      
      

    • Reliable, punctual, and a team player

      
      

    • Must be able to commit to a fixed shift
