Summary
Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioner – Full Time (2 Vacancies)
We are an outstanding nursery based in Hackney, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality childcare and early education. We provide a fun, stimulating and safe learning environment and work closely in partnership with parents to support each child’s individual development.
We are seeking upbeat, enthusiastic and caring Early Years Practitioners to join our stable, reflective and dedicated team. The successful candidates will be creative, innovative and passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, prepare and deliver engaging activities that meet the diverse needs of children aged 6 months and above
-Act as a key person, monitoring, assessing and recording children’s learning and development
-Produce written observations and reports in line with EYFS requirements
-Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
-Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Requirements:
-Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
-Excellent literacy and communication skills
-Ability to work effectively as part of a team
-A warm, positive and professional approach, with a genuine passion for early years education
