Summary

If so, we have a great opportunity for an experienced retail supervisor to assist with the supervision of the Stables, Orangery and Farmyard gift shops at Chatsworth. About the Role As our Retail Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day success of our retail operation. You’ll oversee staffing, merchandising, stock, cash compliance and administration (which will include staff rostering, assisting with recruitment campaigns and payroll processing), while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service across our retail shops. Working closely with the Retail Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager, you’ll help drive sales, improve efficiency and support the continued growth of the business. This is a permanent role, working 32 hours per week over 4 days out of 7. Flexibility will be required at busy periods and hours may vary slightly depending on the House opening times. What We’re Looking For You should have comparable supervisory experience within a similar retail environment and be committed to upholding our excellent customer care standards even when working under pressure. Excellent written, verbal and numerical skills are important, with previous experience of handling cash being essential. Why Join Us?
