• Registered Children’s Nurse (RNC)with NMC registration.
• Experience in paediatric emergency or acute care.
• Leadership skills and a passion for teamwork.
• Calm under pressure, great communicator, and ready to take charge.

Bonus Points If You Have:
• Advanced Paediatric Life Support (APLS).
• Experience in audits or service improvement projects.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:
• Provide leadership, coordination, and support to team members on each shift
• Link with Ward 8 and PAU Coordinators to ensure patient flow is maintained
• Liaise with the multidisciplinary team regarding patient care ‍⚕️‍⚕️
• Ensure all relevant referrals are completed, such as safeguarding ️, health visiting , mental health
• Act as an appraiser for team members, developing the future workforce
• Maintain standards and encourage continuous improvement
