Responsibilities-
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that follow the KS1 National Curriculum.

Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment that encourages independent learning.

Use a variety of assessment strategies to track student progress and inform future planning.

Lead and manage classroom support staff to ensure all children receive targeted assistance.

Foster strong partnerships with parents and carers to support children's development at home.

Participate in school meetings, training, and extra-curricular activities as part of the wider school team.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 1.

Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum, including Phonics (e.g., Read Write Inc. or Little Wandle).

Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.

A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach to teaching.
