Summary
Pinnacle Group is looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Commercial Window Cleaner to join the Pinnacle Workplace cleaning team based in the Cheltenham area. The role comes with a fully financed company electric vehicle, mobile phone and charge card.
Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.
Your role will involve travelling to different sites, including housing sites (sheltered accommodation, extra care and general needs council estates) to perform both internal & external window cleaning duties. You will also be performing other cleaning duties such as jet washing, deep cleaning, bin areas, facias and guttering.

We are offering a Permanent Part-Time Role of 20 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 12.30pm – some flexibility is required as some sites may only allow cleaning to be done in the afternoon – to be discussed at the interview stage.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- To travel to various building locations within your region to deliver high/low-level window cleaning services using a reach and wash system and traditional window cleaning tools
- Ensure windows are cleaned to a high standard
- Arranging a window cleaning schedule for completion in a timely manner
- To ensure appropriate PPE/Uniforms are always used during working hours
- Follow Health and Safety procedures at all times
- Pressure washing and deep cleaning of commercial buildings
- Ensuring that all visited locations are left in a clean and tidy state.
- Maintenance of records relating to tasks performed, timesheets, materials, vehicles and equipment.
- Reporting any damage or vandalism to Pinnacle Group premises or property to the Grounds Team Leader.
- Maintenance of vehicles and machinery, and reporting vehicle defects.
Key Skills Required
- UK Manual Drivers' licence ** essential
- Strong Verbal & Written communication skills
- The ability to work as an individual and be able to demonstrate initiative
- Good knowledge of the use of the window cleaning kit and van
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures, including the knowledge of the use of chemicals (COSHH)
- Excellent customer liaison skills, together with a commitment to customer service.
- Confirmation of appointment will be subject to completion of a satisfactory DBS check.
